About the position

As a Data Science & Business Analytics Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the adoption of our Data Platform by our customers. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of data science and business analytics, allowing you to develop and refine your skills in a real-world business setting. You will analyze customer data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business success.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Visualization: Use our technology to provide customer data analytics that generate actionable insights and recommendations.

• Prototyping: design and create custom proof of concepts and demostrations for potential customers using our technologies.

• Business improvement: help our team in building new analytic services for our customers, shaping the best practices and internal processes.

• Customer Interaction: Assist in engaging with customers and partners to understand their needs and ensure they are effectively using our technology.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from the start.

• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving customer success goals.

Preferably you are…

• A student in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic.

• Curious (and a bit geek) about technology and AI.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytic, pragmatic, and result-driven.

• A creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying customer needs.

• Confident in written and verbal communication both in English and Italian.

• Knowledgeable in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Familiar with data visualization tools.

At the end of the internship you will be able to:
